DARPA & U.S. Army CERDEC Support

• Circinus provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to organizations like the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the U.S. Army Communications Electronics Research and Engineering Center (CERDEC) through companies like Aptima via several Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contracts.

• Circinus provides subject matter expertise to assist Aptima research scientist and engineers develop the use-case scenarios for the DARPA Video-based Identification of Structured Intent for Objects and Networks (VISION) Research and Development Program.

• Circinus provides consulting support to Aptima and the Army Communications Electronics Research and Engineering Center for Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), other government agencies (OGA), and the private sector with the intended goal of transitioning the Human Intelligence Triage System (HITS) product. Circinus targets government and private organizations and coordinates meetings and briefings/demonstrations in which the Aptima Lead for HITS, Government POC for HITS, and a Circinus meet with government stakeholder(s).
