• Circinus Navy SeaPort-E Quality Assurance Program (QAP): Circinus and its subcontractors will complete daily quality assurance reviews to ensure tasks are being maintained in an efficient and effective manner. Circinus remains committed to a “one team” execution of all TOs; subcontractor employees shall be required to meet the same education, training, and qualification standards of Circinus and as outlined in the TO of interest. For each TO the Circinus Program Manager (PM) will publish a program management plan (PMP), open channels of communication with government personnel supported by a “customer contact plan,” and our “continuous feedback loop” to ensure awareness and progress of evolving deliverables.

• The Navy SeaPort-E contract is a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) and is designed to include all aspects of engineering, technical, and programmatic support services. SeaPort-E provides the Department of Navy, including the Marine Corps and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), the ability to procure engineering, technical, programmatic and professional support services through all phases of ship and weapon system life cycles.


• The scope of the contracts also includes professional support services to assist in the development, review and execution of search and salvage, diving, underwater ship husbandry and pollution control program areas. The objective of the SeaPort-E is to provide government managers with timely, high quality services for a reasonable price while maximizing innovation and cost reduction initiatives.
