Alan Blaine Stone

Alan “Blaine” Stone is the Founder and the CEO of Circinus, LLC.  Blaine was previously a Senior Intelligence Officer with the National Security Agency and served within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict & Interdependent Capabilities, and prior to that he served as the Deputy Chief C4ISR within the Joint Staff/J8.  He also worked directly with the Intelligence Community, Inter-Agency, National/Military Laboratories, and Department of Defense managing and supporting various missions and activities.  He retired as an Supervisory Intelligence Officer from the U.S. Army in 2003. Read more.

David P. Fridovich

David P. Fridovich is a retired Lieutenant General and Special Forces soldier in the United States Army. He began his service in U.S. Army Special Forces in 1984, and in 2005 was appointed Commander, Special Operations Command, Pacific (SOCPAC). Wade Owens joins Circinus following a 26-year career in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Special Forces officer.  Throughout his career, he served in a variety of command and staff positions from Commander of an Operational Detachment-Alpha in the 7th Special Forces Group to Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the United States Army Special Forces Command. Read more.
