A 29-year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)’s National Clandestine Service, Phil Reilly has worked extensively with the U.S. intelligence and U.S. Special Operations communities. His extensive knowledge of foreign environments, inter-operability across the U.S. Intelligence Community and all aspects of the U.S. Military Special Operations Community has garnered him respect from top-level intelligence professionals and military leaders throughout his career. Phil has a robust record of success and is extremely accomplished as a leader, manager, innovator and operator. He is especially adept at managing high-pressure situations, people, and projects in both conventional and unconventional locations, and has extensive positive interaction with Congressional oversight. Phil has a proven ability to manage large multi-billion dollar budgets and accomplish complicated missions rapidly. Having begun his career in the U.S. Army Special Forces, Reilly quickly became a Paramilitary Operations Officer with the CIA. Reilly served as Chief of Station in Afghanistan, Asia and Europe, and was the Chief of Special Operations. Phil received the Donovan Award, Intelligence Star, George H. Bush Award for Excellence in Counterterrorism, Director of National Intelligence Personal Medallion and the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal. His extensive career, spanning continents and decades, has highlighted his commitment to making our nation safe. He is a graduate of Georgetown University. Phil joined the board of directors in June of 2016.
