Stan Manning’s subject matter expertise includes intelligence, security, surveillance and counter-surveillance, force protection, counter drugs, counterterrorism (CT), reconnaissance, Foreign Internal Defense and mentoring related to unconventional warfare and small unit tactics. He had a diverse and extensive career in the U.S. Army Special Operations and the U.S. Special Operations Command.

Mr. Manning has served the US in the following capacities:

  • United States Special Operations Command, MacDill AFB, U.S. Army Special Operations Command Liaison Officer (June 2012 – October 2014)
  • United States Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, N.C., Branch Chief, Advance Skills, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-37 (June 2004 – June 2012)
  • United States Army Special Forces Command, 5th Special Forces Group, Assistant Detachment Commander, Special Forces Detachment-Alpha (June 1996 – June 2004)
